Appointment Policy

Appointments should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability, especially for laser treatments and consultations. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Guests are required to provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Arrival Time

Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for their treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

Health Conditions

Guests must inform the institute of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications they are currently taking before undergoing treatments. Certain medical conditions or medications may affect the suitability of treatments or require special precautions.

Age Restrictions

Some treatments may have age restrictions, and minors may require parental consent or accompaniment. Age restrictions for specific treatments will be clearly communicated upon booking.

Attire

Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing for their appointments, especially for laser treatments. For laser hair removal, guests should avoid sun exposure and shaving the treatment area prior to their appointment.

Valuables

The institute is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Lockers are provided for guests to store their belongings during treatments.

Cell Phone Policy

Guests are requested to keep their cell phones on silent mode or turned off during treatments to maintain a peaceful environment.
Phone calls should be taken outside of treatment areas to minimize disruption to other clients.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the service price and is greatly appreciated by service providers.
Tips may be given directly to staff or added to the final bill upon checkout.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or upon completion of treatment sessions. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or institute gift certificates.

Hygiene

Guests are expected to maintain personal hygiene before arriving for their appointments. Hand sanitizer and hand-washing facilities are available throughout the institute for guests' use.

Quiet Policy

Guests are encouraged to speak softly and maintain a tranquil atmosphere within the institute to respect the relaxation of others.
Loud conversations and disruptive behavior should be avoided.

Alcohol and Substance Policy

Guests are prohibited from consuming alcohol or substances before or during their appointments. Intoxicated guests will not be permitted to undergo treatments for safety reasons.
